Welcome to LawnCareLehighAcres.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, LawnCareLehighAcres.com (the “Site”), and the services we provide, including connecting users with local lawn care service providers (the “Services”). 

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site. 

By accessing or using the Site, you affirm that: 

  • If you are an individual, you are at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into this Agreement; or 
  • If you are acting on behalf of an entity, you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement. 

This Agreement includes these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable rules or policies (collectively, the “Agreement”). By using our website and services (the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

LawnCareLehighAcres.com is a lead generation platform that connects individuals and businesses with local lawn care providers. We are not a lawn care company, and we do not provide lawn care services directly. All services are performed by independent third-party contractors over whom we have no control. 

We make no representations or warranties about the quality, licensing, timeliness, reliability, or pricing of services provided by any third-party lawn care provider. 

You assume all risk in dealing with third-party providers referred through our Site. Any transactions or service agreements you enter into are solely between you and the provider.

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Confidential Information excludes information that is publicly known, independently developed, or lawfully received without restriction. 

 

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our interests, reputation, users, or service providers. 

 

  1. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit. 

Arbitration will take place in the State of Florida, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Florida for any dispute not subject to arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 

 

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LawnCareLehighAcres.com and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
